Purchased the full length roof racks for my 2003 GU Nissan patrol. Very impressed with the quality of the product. It was well constructed and relatively simple to install. Customer service was good as there was a delay in the order but someone always answered the phone and helped and that's what you want as a customer!

Quick and easy to order , but received the product , big scratch’s out on the front lip of my bonnet protector. Would expect a bit more quality considering I paid 140 bucks for the kit.

Service was excellent. However, the bonnet protector for the next Gen Ranger was less than great. Brackets didn’t line up clips were cheap. Disappointed as I had purchase a bonnet protector for my MR Triton a few years back and it was great.

Recently had a roll cover installed on our Hilux. OCAM were very reasonably priced and the quality seems great so far. Only slight downside was we were told they would need the Ute for an hour to install it and it took closer to 5. This would have been fine if we knew upfront as we would have planned to drop it off instead of waiting around.

Bought a roof rack for toyota troopcarrier - roof rack is came dented from factory, paint chipped off on the mounting brackets, rack is also slightly bent.. Definitely cheap Chinese product. Rack is also noisy at 100kmhr because a weld has already snapped hahaha. AUSSIE AUSSIE!

My experience was not the best. Firstly, I struggled to make contact with your team on the day I was due to have my vehicle picked up. This caused me a lot of inconvenience as I had to rearrange my schedule at short notice.Secondly, after the installation was completed, I noticed that there is already a part of the seal that's coming out (the back). I had hoped that the installation would be done with the utmost care and attention to detail, however looks like a quick job.Additionally, I noticed that two of my tie-down points were removed and not replaced. Which I’m hoping to get back?Considering OCAM was a recommendation, the issues with the installation and the lack of attention to detail is disappointing and frustrating.
