Salisbury Highway Veterinary Surgery

Thank you for taking care of my family, pet Baby, I was worried as I lost my other dog last year from cancer, we caught too late and she had to be put down as she was too old to get the lump removed and was told she wouldn't survive the surgery, it has been 9months today and I miss her like crazy, she was Siberian husky X german shepherd

The staff and veterinarians are wonderful caring and dedicated. If you need a place for your family pet look no further than SVH.

Rang up to book our new pup in for second vaccinations was told to basically not bother and go somewhere else as it was 2 days past the recommended date. Very rude and condescending from whoever took my call.Rang another vet who were courteous and polite and booked our pup in with no issues.

Lovely and caring staff. Would highly recommend these guys, your animals are in very safe hands. Very professional and excellent health care. I've been going here for 15 plus years now with 5 pets over that time. We've faced many different health issues in this time and have been well looked after. David and Allison are amazing vets and the nursing and admin staff are friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work guys ☺️

Came in to ask about transferring my pets files to this clinic and what files they need and receptionist was extremely rude. She got angry because I didn't call up before coming in, there was a small sign but I didn't see it, it was my mistake but mistakes happen, so I apologised. I wanted to quickly make a call to my brother to ask if he has the files as we both own our pet, she told me to do it outside even though it was freezing cold, waiting room was completely empty, so there was no harm in me standing there, I also asked if I could use bathroom so I could wash my face as I was feeling very sick and she said 'no, its only for our patients', so no use allowed for future patients? Nice. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been taking my animals here for many years and have always had fantastic service. The vets and vet nurses are very good and explain what's wrong so u can understand.
