From my experience, I can have no hesitation recommending Alan & Peter.Their speedy and efficient handling of my problem, with excellent customer relations, was without fault----and not at an unreasonable cost. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and would not hesitate to return.

Have had previous dealings with them and was ok especially al he was great!however went there recently and had Appalling! customer service by Peter!!Seemed too busy to want the work was rude over the phone and in person made me extremely uncomfortable and would never ever go back there!It’s a small town and word will get around very quickly if he keeps treating people the way he does!Extremely upset at his behaviour and lack of customer service!!Very rude!! No correspondence at all and when you call to touch base he is rude!Seen another review on here similar to my story! Seems it’s becoming a pattern!Don’t waste your time or money with this place!!!

I'm from NSW and was looking to purchase a unique vehicle (old school street machine) that is challenging for any mechanic to do a pre-purchase inspection on due to the age and customized nature of the vehicle and stroked engine.So i contacted B&B Automotive to do the inspection and let me say I'm so glad that i did. They are fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond with the inspection, sent numerous detailed photos and lengthy phone call in order to provide a very detailed and professional assessment of the vehicle.The mechanic i spoke with was very knowledgeable on this specific type of vehicle and all the modified components fitted to the car. Quality mechanics like this are hard to find, so i highly recommend B&B Automotive in Drouin. Thanks guys.

These guys are so helpful with their great customer service. Our son's old Ford station wagon recently had a severe vibration in the drivetrain at any speed above about 80 kph and these guys found that one of the universal joints on the tailshaft was completely shot. They replaced it quickly and at a reasonable price too. The car now drives smoothly again. I highly recommend this business, as they're definitely not out to rip anyone off.

We all know it's hard to find a good mechanic who's honest and won't rip you off. These guys are the real deal. All the work done on my car was done properly first time, prices were reasonable and there was no bs at any stage.HIGHLY recommend them.

I totally agree with Jacqueline on this one! Al was polite, well mannered and very engaging in troubleshooting the issues with my daughters car last week. However, I really think Peter needs some real life lessons on how to treat a customer properly when running a business! Quite rude on both occasions I spoke with him, made a rude gesture to my wife after the car was dropped off, and she had unknowingly parked in the wrong spot, and even was a bit sarcastic when I paid the invoice today, spoke to me like I was an idiot! I am quite aware that an eftpos transaction requires the card to be left in until fully processed, but you keyed in $776.15 instead of $176.15 mate, of course I’m going to pull my card out and tell you to redo the transaction, you peanut! I was happy with the work carried out on my daughter’s car and the invoice amount was satisfactory, however I am very doubtful I would be returning for any future mechanical work, based on my experience with Peter!Al, I hope you read your reviews!RegardsDavid Fitzgerald
