Impact Bathrooms recently completed the renovation of our ensuite. This is the second time that we have used Jeff, Jay and their team for a bathroom renovation. Both renovations went super smoothly, on time & with as little disruption as possible. They kept everything extremely tidy & were easy to deal with. We recently engaged Jeff Grace and the team at Impact Bathrooms to create a new en suite. From the first meeting with Jeff to quote the job, we felt confident that we would be in good hands. And we were. Though the bathroom was not a large area , it was not a straightforward job. Walls had to be changed, ceiling replaced and a new floor was built over an internal staircase void - that floor became our new walk in shower.Impact bathrooms is a family business with more than 30 years experience. Their experience and professionalism were on display throughout the job. We were delighted with the whole team. This included Jeff’s son Jay, the builder / carpenter, plumbers Corey and Trevor. And the fabulous tiler Tony and his apprentice. Jeff also arranged for the electrician Daniel and painter Eric, both of whom did a great job. Other important factors for us - the bathroom was finished within the time Jeff estimated (3-4 weeks), the guys always arrived when they said they would and kept a clean and tidy site throughout, solved any challenges that arose along the way and were a pleasure to have in our home.We are delighted with our new en suite. We feel we have a very high quality job at a very reasonable price. We would use Impact Bathrooms again without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone looking for an experienced, reliable, professional team.

Jeff and the team did a great job of my ensuite renovation. They have completely transformed it and it is now great to enjoy the space again.Jeff was very prompt and responsive to any quote or requests from me during the process.
