I tell Fred he's my favourite person every time has comes in, and I'm not lying! It's hard to find people who respect their job these days, and Fred certainly does. Thanks for always having the time to say hello, even when times are hectic, and delivering our parcels with care :o)

Our Courier, Mitch, has been delivering parcels to me at my home in Redridge, Qld. for the past year or so. He is a very friendly and courteous guy and is very reliable. He always delivers to my front door and lets me know he is there by honking the horn. Rating 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work.

Delivered my package to my next door neighbour and left it in their front yard..... Can't even deliver to the correct address. Have rang them 3 times and not answering their phone at 10am. Appalling service.

Website is OK but the tracking is poorly updated it went from picked up to several days latter out for delivery then to uncollectable then later that day it was delivered. Confusing and hard to be in for deliveries.

James, well we can’t say enough good things about our courier driver. Never a delivery goes by that you don’t get a true smile & a hearty good morning, we’ve never seen him mishandle any packages. We feel confident that James will always be the same as time goes on.

You know when you see videos of couriers throwing packages ... If I was given an option to not use them, I would take it, unfortunately some online vendors use them.

Our local courier Garry is an absolute legend. He always delivers on time and has even picked up/delivered after hours when I’ve been desperate and called in a favour.Nothing is too much trouble and he is always up for a cheeky chat. Aramex prices are very reasonable and delivery is always quick. If there have been any issues the team is quick to remedy it.

Absolutely appalling - would not give this company even 1 star if that was possible.So frustrating when you order a product and the courier used it out of your control and the company you order through insists on a residential address- possibly going for the cheapest Aramex Bundaberg would have nothing else to recommend them - and they don’t provide any service at all. Because this company do not to deliver to our address just outside Bundaberg- such poor service!The hours offered to pickup the parcel also very limited when you work full-time Monday to Friday.No apology from the company- just a message to pick up when you next it town like that is acceptable they are a courier service and should deliver. Last time I let the company I brought the product through know that Aramex were not going to deliver my product and they were as angry and frustrated with the poor service from Aramex as me - do not use this company!!!

I sent a carton of drinks down to Newcastle from the Norville depot, which took 4 business days and turned up unbroken! So happy with the service and the cost was excellent. Highly recommend!

Am so over dealing with lazy delivery drivers, they do not beep horn to let you know they are there instead drive off with your package and don't leave cards. Absolutely sick of it!!! This is the 3rd time I've had this problem. I'm home ALL day with a newborn, I leave my front door open so they can clearly see someone is home yet they don't even bother to beep or yell out to deliver your package. Disgusting business!
