WORST real-estate agent experience ever! Extremely poor management and service - leaving me at a loss at the end of their management. I have filed a complaint against TSRE, Rafieh and Adeem with Fair Trade and they have actioned complaint accordingly. Communication was poor and shocking. The most unprofessional and rude service I've received. Don't use them if you want peace of mind.

TSRE took over my previous horror of tenants/tenancy, dealt with them professionally. Following this they have worked hard and diligently to find good tenants and so far the management has been really smooth. Rafieh and Adeem are very prompt, professional and most importantly did all the work for me to got me a good outcome. Recommend them to any prospect landlords out there.

Excellent. Rafieh is wonderful to work with. He and his team sold our property within few weeks. He knew what we wanted to achieve and with no time he had relevant offers to choose from.A very transparent and simple process we have experienced in our recent sales deal with him.
