I work as a support worker and went to this store for a client as there had been a mix up with her photo order. The staff were delightful and very understanding. I was helped by two staff members one called Keira (I think sorry if this is wrong. Team leader at service desk, dark hair. ) and one of the managers Isaac. Very grateful for their help. Professional, competent and caring. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I purchased an item from Kmart, but unfortunately, your payment machine charged me twice. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue at the store, my problem has not been fixed, and I have not received a refund. This situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed because it goes beyond the monetary aspect; it reflects a lack of accountability from your managers.

Was looking at bikes and feeling the grip and reading the price, but got called a loser and was asked to leave and got called security on by an employee who was a white male in a grey shirt on closing shift. Very disappointed in Kmart as they need to be aware that if someone wants to buy a bike, then they are going to want to read about it and check to see if it is worth it. After this experience I will no longer be looking to shop at Kmart for bikes and skateboards and will shift my focus to Big W and other stores that don’t start with K and end in Mart. Disappointed from this situation, do better Kmart.

I had quite a bit of trouble creating a photo book because the computer I was using started playing up when I’d almost finished.I was assisted by 3 staff members, I think their names were Thomas, Evan and Emily. They were all very lovely and went above and beyond to help me out. I really appreciated the time they took to help me, great customer service skills!

Amazing kmart, I have no complaints. Quite big in terms of the size of the shop. Wide range of products, so if there is anything you are looking for, I'm sure that kmart will have it or at least a variation of the product. Friendly staff that are more than willing to help. This store looked as if it was kept clean, as everything seemed to be tidy and well kept.Very enjoyable experience and I will be returning many times in the future!

Completely unacceptable worker kicked us out for touching bike and called security for sitting on a skate board. This is truly unprofessional.
