Cannot recommend. Quoted one price for repair and then tried to add $300 to the price when they did not repair item as agreed (almost doubling the price). Extremely unhelpful and unreliable. Does not return calls or treat customer with respect. Beware.Response to owner: I am not insincere or aggressive. I am however extremely disappointed with the service received and feel it is unreasonable to be asked to pay more than the quoted and agreed upon price. It is not reasonable for your business to try to increase the price of the repair due to the jeweller not following the repair instructions.

We had a rather strange experience with this store so we'd like to share. My partner and I went in to get a solitary diamond removed from a pendant and put into a simple ring. The lady asked us whether the stone was certified, and we said yes with GIA, but the certificate is in Europe with my partner's parents. She said this would have to be sent to Australia by courier as an original otherwise the stone would have to be sent to New York to be re-certified for A$ 500. As part of their store procedures they would have to do a valuation of the produced item of jewelry. We stated clearly that we did not want any valuation or certification, just the stone moved from a pendant into a ring. She rudely insisted they could not do this without a valuation. I asked whether this was a legal requirement in Australia which she did not answer. We took our business to a different jewelry store following this experience. There, the sales assistant asked for the properties of the stone, got out a microscope and read the laser engraved certification number from the set stone within minutes, downloaded the GIA certificate and attached it to the job order: Professional and efficient without couriering paperwork or gems around the world. We do not recommend this store, they did not seem competent from above experience.

I came in today for a gift and asked john about wedding bands, my wedding is saturday and another jeweller i had ordered them off 2 months ago yesterday told me they were not done. john offered to make them in time for the day saying he would make it happen! such a lovely man and what great customer service! we r using alternatives already sourced for now but will be in touch!
