Received worst service from this servo today, staff name FASAIL. He is so rude does not know abc of customer service. He needs proper training. Without mask he was serving customers. I was regular customer of this servo but No more because of this staff FASAIL.

Now called EG Petrol Station terrible changeover and servicè.Prices now higher, staff unfriendly and mostly foreign workers.They never smile or say hi or thankyou.They also never ask for your Woolworths discount Card and if you forget they wont redo transaction.Recommend you seek alternative, no customer service here, you deserve better than this.

Really bad service...didn't acknowledge me, didn't want to take my money, didn't smile. I felt like I was inconveniencing her when I had to ask if I could pay!!!
