Wonderful place to find just what you need. Also furniture, antiques and rare finds. Spend an hour or maybe longer.

this place is something to be seen, even if you are not shopping. It’s full of beautiful and high quality solid wood furniture, doors and windows but there are items of historical interest like old prison doors, movie set items and old signage. but what I loved most was the service. I was helped by the staff to feel like I had tried all options to fit an item into my car. when it didn’t fit, they offered to store it for me, to refund the money, and even tried to help find a way to make it work in every way that they could. I happily bought the furniture knowing one door was not going to be unlocked. I left it there to return later in the day. when I returned two staff members had tried every spare key in their large box of spares to attempt to open the door. they then gave advice of how to open it at home as it seemed the door was painted shut and we were able to sort it. it looks like you’ll be able to browse and have a coffee there in the future. I’ll be making it a regular stop as a way to have some time with my hubby while my folks have the kids. the kids were a bit scared of some of the movie props. so best leave the kids behind if you have that option. I give the service, the space, the items and the staff a big 100 percent tick! 10/10!!!

This place is evolving, great spot to find something for a project, some old some recycled, some new. Lots of query stuff to make a project unique. Looks like some improvements to the building are on the way too.Friendly people.

Great place to get building supplies, they have so many unusual and funky items for sale, also the staff are always friendly and helpful, love De Youngs

Incredible amount of second hand and vintage items. A museum of sorts. Some rare items are not for sale, hence the museum reference.

I find the staff at DeYoundgs always incredibly helpful and the prices are great. Always my first stop for bits .. especially the weird and strange bits .. also the first place I got to now for timber as well. Thanks guys you are all amazing.!!

PLEASE see to Gramps urgently, I think that's his name. Your beautiful cockatoo is neglected, very sad and lonely. Get him a companion bird and move his cage back to the front entry! He was shoved out the rear back, alone and very despondent. It is absolutely cruel and heartbreaking!!!! Otherwise this place is a lot more expensive than it used to be. No real bargains.

Huge warehouse full of everything from recycled materials to antiques, some great quirky stuff. Pricing is high on some items, but plenty of bargains as well.
