Toe to Heel Reflexology
I have been a client of Jane Ponsonby for the last 6 years. I had heard her speak about Vacuflex & Reflexology & it was a good time for me to find a new Jane is a lovely lady who really looks after her clients & their needs. She keeps notes etc after each visit so one can see their progress or what part of the body is in need of work. Her room is warm & one is given a heat pack & covering for legs if necessary. There is always fresh water to drink & she is always so welcoming. I have recommended her to many friends because of her professionalism.Sonia Black

Jane is an incredibly gifted and well informed practitioner. I first found her when I was pregnant and our sessions together during that time were life changing! What a relief for pregnant feet and body to be held and cared for by Jane. Having Jane treat me postpartum was also hugely beneficial for my recovery! If I didn't live so far away now I would make appointments with Jane a part of my fortnightly health regime for sure! I cannot speak highly enough of this lovely and very talented lady and what she has to offer!

Toe to Heel Reflexology
Exceptionally effective. I've had a number of sessions over the past year or so. Jane's methods have been seriously effective in ceasing pain 'patterns' that for me, would typically persist for days, weeks or even longer. She provides simple and effective tips/techniques for managing pain in specific areas. I think the sessions promote energy flow and clearance of 'blockages' more generally as well. Highly recommended.

I am very grateful to have found Jane. She is a true professional and an amazing practitioner. After using Vacuflex Jane explains her findings and then works on specific areas during reflexology. It is always relaxing and therapeutic. I would highly recommend Jane as I come away feeling great.

Thankfully I have been a client of Jane's for several years. She is the ultimate professional and a wonderful reflexologist. I have had such positive results with my health and I always feel energised after a treatment and I come away with a greater understanding of muscles and nerves and the interaction within each system of the body. After suffering four broken bones in my foot, I was desperate to return it to full functionality. I was fortunate to find Jane Ponsonby. Jane has offered me practical advice and treatment to not only strengthen my foot but to also solve other problems, such as my stiff neck. Jane's reflexology offers a total wellness package.
