5 Financial is a brilliant and talented team that leads with heart. They recently rolled out the red carpet in acknowledging and celebrating my dad's 90th birthday. The entire office team joined in and my dad even gave a heartfelt speech, thanking them for their years of service, attention to detail and genuine goodwill. They created a lovely memory and he was very chuffed. Dad feels completely relaxed that he and my 88 year old mum are in very good hands.

We have been with 5 Financial for about 18 years. During this time we have seen our investments grow under their guidance. We have now moved to a more conservative investment strategy, but they still tweak our portfolio to maximise our return. The team are great to deal with and so enthusiastic about financial matters and on top of all financial changes be they government or financial products.

Absolutely amazing customer service! The team is highly knowledgeable and skilful, but not only that they go above and beyond in every single aspect of their work! Jason and Matt and the team at 5 Financial have been exceptional when it comes to managing my family portfolio using solid planning and logic rather than trying to second guess the markets. Their advice is always clear and they take the time to fully explain in simple terms some investment scenarios that can be daunting for someone new to investing via Super, ETF's, Bonds etc. I would recommend their services to anyone serious about wealth management.
