Avoid at all costs!!!!Extremely rude and arrogant man.Spoke to Matt about getting some vinyl flooring replaced in my house after it was destroyed by floods.Quoted me a ridiculous price,then said he aint working for free and he charges these amounts All day and every day".I was not expecting him to do anything for free

I spend 130 k on a commercial fitout . The job was not completed,. Matt kept saying he would come back to fix problems. 3 months later the flooring is lifting and bubbling, edging not completed. After giving up On Matt ever coming back to fix I got a second person through to have a look at. They have said the floor was never properly levelled and the job will need to be done again, first quote for one room is $15,000.. I willl take Gold Coast carpets court and fair trading for damages.Do not use Gold Coast carpets. I have been involved in over 15 of these fit outs and never seen such a poorly done job
