Absolutely fantastic customer service from Platinum Phone Services team!I needed a charging port replacement for my Galaxy s9 plus. One might think that it's an easy job, but the phone started losing gsm signal intemittently after the charge port assembly replacement.Platinum Phone Service went a great lengths to help me resolve the reception issues and finally got it working flawlessly. Got a new screen very fast at a good price

worst experience in any place of business iv been into. the lady was rude abusive and could not understand anything. i bought a phone of someone it was working fine with no problesm. the sound and screen was replaced. i took it back to the same place. was refysed a service because i didnt have the money. regardless. the lady has grabbed the phone off the counter and proceeded to take it apart and do the test withoutany communication or payment. she put a new attery in it and said its working. i said can yoy leave it in then. no because you didnt pay. so she said no then proceeded to take my phone apart. then i stated i have mental issues hence my behaviur she also calle e weird. would not reccomend.

Bought a replacement screen. Just over two weeks later it has cracked without being dropped. Asked for a replacement and was only offered a discounted replacement fee of $45. Poor resolution.

Disgusting customer service, never been treated so poorly. Came in to fix the back of an XR, originally was told $135 as it clearly states on the website, and then was refused that price and charged $190. It doesn’t take much to smile and offer your customers more than one worded abrupt answers. The phone screen now won’t light up after a phone call, and cannot end phone calls on the XR. Will not be returning.
