Heard bad things about this service station, it’s true…!I have the same experience with the toilet, cleanliness and hygiene.

The staff were helpful and answered all my questions with ease and simplicity, I would go back to the Flushcombe Rd store without a problem.I bought petrol on this occasion as well for 18.9 cents a litre was quite impressed as7-eleven is usually quite expensive. The gods were smiling on me, as a full tank is better than a half or a quarter tank with the good price.They have my favourite liquorice and frozen drinks as well.The guys in the shop work overnight like myself, so we had something in common as well and some crazy stories to tell about experiences dealing with people at night.

The Indian dark looking guy who is always at the desk need to learn about customer service he is always rude.. Its a 0 from me. I'll find out his name one day and publish it. He is probably the guy i see him alot here. Was just there today after school hours.

I get it. Its no longer a legal requirement for service stations to have toilets. But when I asked where the toilet was the attendant told me there is no toilet with a smile on her face nearly breaking in laughter as if I asked something funny. She failed to understand that no one loves to go to a service station toilet, it was a need. She is probably used to saying no to people on a regular basis, this does not make the inquiry humerus. We ask why the world no longer has as much empathy in it.. here is one example.

I’m sorry but the staff here seem very lazy. Always on the mobile while serving customers. Really slow getting to the cash register. Never any hot food

Have sat idle and watched customers entering without masks yet still they serving them money hungry and clearly not following the rules,set out buy nsw government in conjunction with corona virus shame shame shame as,of wedensday morning I will be video taping every single person served,without a mask and,turning the tape over to a,media,outlet

Horrible experience here. I wish I could rate this seven eleven 0 stars.I was served by a dark looking Indian guy who said their name was “sandeep” when I asked.I was charged $4 for a $2 iced coffee from the machine beacuse my cup broke so I needed a second one. My coffee still split on me even with the second cup.Sandeep was very rude and as I can see already has a bad review on here. The management here really needs to do something about this if they want to keep their customers.Sandeep also tried to make my friend get a smaller coffee when the deal he had was for a bigger one.I will not be coming to this seven eleven ever again and will be suggesting to my friends who live around the area to go to other seven elevens.Very unhappy.

There is this woman, short black hair and majority of her hair is on one side. She is always distracted. Either on a call or on her phone. She worked night shift once and she was on her phone whilst I was waiting to come in and I stood there for a good 2 ish minutes before she let me in.Last night I went in brought stuff that totalled 19.90 and I gave her a $50 note. She put in that I only gave her a $20 which meant I would have only gotten 10c .There is another time where I parked out front of the shop, brought some stuff and she tried to charge me for petrol, she didn’t even ask she just tried charging me.She is always giving nasty looks.

Both coffee machines not operational on Thursday 3rd of November in the afternoon. No signs to state out of service, clerk said that it's not his problem. Overall bad experience

This is the best 7-11. They let you smoke and you can drink the petrol for all they care.
