AAT were responsible for rebuilding after arsonist burned down a portion of our home. RAA were the insurer. All workers were professional. Dave was happy to deal with any and all questions. Work was done in a high quality manner. Very very happy. Would recommend. Thank you to the whole AAT team.

We had to have our roof replaced due to hail damage.Dave was really helpful and professional and no questions were classed as dumb.He arranged for D C Roofing to come and repair.9 men on the correct day arrived and smashed it out in 1 day. insurance company used AAT to repair my roof.7 months and work is still half completed, they book a date to be out then no-show without any notice or rebooking.dismissed 75+ broken roof tiles from hail storm as broken by foot traffic" despite tiles + repointing work being done only a few years ago.have had 2 different assessors give 2 completely contradictory assessments on the condition of my roof

Not only are they competitive with their premiums but are also incredibly efficient and easy to deal with. We recently had some wind and rain damage and RAA was brilliant. I am really really disappointed in this company, my house was damaged in the storm that we had in Adelaide a few months ago and for 1, took ages for them to send the report through, 2, they are accusing me of lying by saying that the if the items were in a brand new condition they would have withheld the storm and not would have been damaged. Basically if it has any fading or deterioration it's not covered by insurance and AAT group dont back it, correct me if I'm wrong but everything fades and deteriorates... the whole situation is based around his opinion on the events and he simply didnt experience the storm and winds we had which caused the damage...It hasn't been a pleasant experience, if you happen to use these guys and Malcolm Riddle comes for an inspection dont trust him whatever he says or does...I do not recommend these guys as inspectors, I would not recommend that as builders or whatever else they do...
