Highly recommend! Amy is an amazing physiotherapist. Incredibly knowledgable, professional and personable. Amy was the fourth doctor I saw to treat a shoulder injury and I wish I had have come to Perform Physio first.

Kirby was incredibly kind, thougher and professional during my ab separation and pelvic floor assessment. I had my 2 month old with me and Kirby was very patient while I settled bub. I'm really glad I took the time to focus on my healing and health early post-partum. The exercise details and follow up communication post appointment were brilliant.

The team at Perform Physio Pilates is excellent. Kirby in particular is amazing at what she does and is very knowledgeable and personable. The staff on reception are always lovely too.

Sahanna and her team are experienced, personable, really caring physiotherapists. I attended for my initial post natal session after having my first baby and was extremely impressed. I wanted a physio that was experienced in women’s health and pelvic floor. Sahanna was thorough and explained everything in plain English so that for the first time I could really understand what I needed to work on to get my fitness back! The venue is also really beautifully designed and light filled which really adds to the experience. Highly recommend for a really high quality, personalised experience!

I attended Perform Physio to have an initial pelvic examination 7 weeks after the birth of my first baby. I was anxious for the appointment but Kirby made it a so comfortable and informative. She was extremely sensitive to the complexities of birth and took great care to understand my situation and goals in attending. I left feeling empowered, relieved and in very good hands.

Perform Physio + Pilates gave positive vibes from the moment I walked through the door. After 2 ACL reconstructions and a broken wrist my one on one physio sessions with Amy and Kirby and the now twice weekly semi private Pilates classes, have helped me to regain a level of fitness I thought was lost. I am very grateful to Amy and her team for the way they have shaped treatment to address my issues one by one and I look forward to continuing improvement in my function and fitness. Thank you all.

I have been seeing Amy and her team at Perform for over a year now - I’ve worked with many Physio’s but Perform is absolutely the BEST. Professional, smart, cutting edge / from their hands in treatment often combined with Pilates, through to AXIT testing and their collaborative relationships with other allied health professionals - there is nothing Perform lacks! Highly recommend
