Sold my car recently with the help of Stephen Naraj. Really appreciated his professionalism and very commendable service. Very impressed! Completed all the paperwork in no time at all.

Hi Subaru,In the 2022 Subaru WRX, the owners are finding traces of RTV silicone in the engines of their vehicles. They say that the RTV clogs up essentialcomponents of the engine blockincluding the oil pickup tube thatdraws and releases oil from thepan. Some have discovered thatthe RTV sealant causes oilstarvation in the engine. Is this problem fixed or is it still there?I want to buy a new 2023 wrx rs but with this problem I will not buy a lemon car. Please advise what is happening with this problem. Also you can not say that Subaru have not seen or heard about this problem, beacuse it is all over YouTube.Regards.Pravin.

If I could give zero stars I would. Our 21 outback has been sitting at Subaru Murray Bridge since April 5th with a problem and not only has it not been fixed but nobody seems to even know what's wrong with it nearly 6 weeks later. The customer service is absolutely disguisting. This service centre has never once called us to tell us what's going on. We are always trying to get a hold of the service manager who never returns phone calls and when we contact Subaru Australia they say they will follow it up and call us back and never do! I can't believe Subaru would treat customers like this especially ones who have purchased new cars. Seems like the only way we will get our car back is reporting Subaru to a consumer protection agency. Pretty sad that it will have to come to this. Will never buy another Subaru ever again.

My Outback MY21 has 22k on the clock and has a wobbly front brake rotor. I have been advised that this is not a warranty repair because it's a consumable" item I my driving must have overheated the rotor. I've been driving for 50 years and have never had a problem with brake rotors and am a conservative driver and can only assume the product is faulty or inadequate to the task.Very poor service from Subaru Sydney City and Subaru who refused to replace the rotors. They now have an unhappy customer with the assurance that I will not hesitate to spread the word. Seems like I should have read these reviews before purchasing a Subaru in the first place."

I am really disappointed with the quality control of Subaru cars. Since buying a 2022 WRX, I have been experiencing various issues. Recently, I discovered rust stains due to cracked paint on the door frame, but after contacting Subaru, I haven't received any response.

I purchased a new Subaru BRZ. The specific year and model was subject to a recall REC-001214 for a defective engine valve screen. For some reason I was not included on the recall. The car was serviced regularly which I can provide proof with my log books. When I had engine problems my mechanic told me there was issues with the valve screen which was subject to the aforementioned recall. When I contacted Subaru they told me my VIN is not on the list and therefore they were not going to assist me. The VIN stops two numbers before mine. Now I have to go through the legal channels.

Ongoing warranty issues since 2020. Following investigation actions (including installation of a tracker) were not completed as promised. Lack of follow up written communication, including requests for a case conference, data from our vehicle and a detailed timeline of when issues will be rectify. The lack of transparency is woeful.

TL;DR - utterly incompetant. My My20 subaru forester suffered major engine failure while under warranty (3 years old, 48,000kms), to get it repaired, took; a official complaint, an ACCC claim, and a official letter of intent to go to VCAT and even then, it was 14 weeks! things like a loan vehicle were given permission, and then withdrawn, then granted again. the whole process was a mess.On recept of the car after it got a new engine, the car was damaged. after the lack of response after i reported this, i was told oh we look after 200 dealerships

My Car has been broken for 4 and a half months. Subaru Australia has done nothing to respond to emails/phone calls or provided a solution. The case has been with a case manager since the beginning of May. At this point I have a car with a significant warranty issue that I cannot drive. I would not recommend any hybrid car from Subaru. If there are issues the service Centers cannot fix it and Subaru Australia is unwilling to manage the case or reach a resolution. I will be lodging a claim with Fair Trade today to seek resolution.

Worst customer serviceAs requested , towed the vehicle (forester 21) on Friday morning due to bad battery, after multiple follow up calls i have been informed it is due to dashcam. The funny thing is dash cam installed by the same service station and functioned fine for 1 and half years. No change done on dash cam or settings, except the service done by subaru technicians. When NRMA inspected the battery, they confirmed and shared the evidence as bad cell and battery is under warranty for subaru to fix.Still awaiting for subaru to inform, when can i collect the car and what is their plan to fix the issue.Complete rip off and waste of time.
