Big shout out to Les and the crew for their amazing willingness to make me a happy customer and they indeed went out of their way to make sure of that.......Yes as I am Happy as Larry!!The belts we received were not exactly the same needed, so after a few phone calls, they suggested (in order to save me a trip from Annandale to Taren Point), they could send me 2 different types of belts and a return envelop. I did get the right ones and simply returned the ones not needed. Thank you for trusting me to send them back to you!!! Faith in people is something we need in todays World! Muchas Gracias Amigos! Full Marks for you guys!!!

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size online but I had sent in a request to their email address which I had mentioned the correct treadmill belt model. Inadvertently ordered the wrong belt through their ebay store and only realised a couple of months later, which was outside the return window. Contacted them, not expecting much, but they replaced it with no fuss... they even sent a prepaid parcel for the return of the incorrect belt. Fantastic service!

I wasn't sure what to do when the belt failed on our treadmill. Found this shop online and ordered a replacement belt. It was despatched by courier next day, and arrived the day after. Their online instruction video on how to fit the new belt was very helpful. They sent emails to confirm the order, and set up tracking with the couriers.My son was extremely happy that I was able to repair the treadmill for him so quickly.
