Recently had sleep study and when I went back to get results the staff was fantastic explaining in plain English the results.I needed a CPAC machine and there was no pressure on which machine to buy. I was advised the pro and cons of each machine and then left to my own device to pick what I wanted without any pressure.Once I picked my CPAC machine then the staff have been fantastic with support getting settled in with the machine and mask.The staff are there for support in person or on the phone and are so helpful.

Thanks to the at Synergy, especially Kylie who has ensured that my sleep continues to improve. I found out I have severe sleep apnoea and essentially don’t sleep because of it. The change I’ve felt in the past few weeks is nothing short of incredible. I can work all day now and no longer struggle to stay awake while at work. My life is completely different now, thanks to the team again!

Great experience all round.I’m very new to APAP usage, so the continuous support and hassle free opportunities to try different options was brilliant. It probably made the difference between success and failure. I’ve spoken to mates of mine who have tried and failed with using a CPAP / APAP. I’m positive that many of these failures come down to a lack of help and support to make it work.I’m expert level at finding a bargain and I can tell you that you might find devices cheaper elsewhere. However, if you’re not getting along with the machine and therefore not getting better, then its a waste of money. The little bit extra I might have paid was worth every cent and a great deal more.I’m about 5 weeks into this now, having great sleep and feeling so much better. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

Synergy sleep really have no idea on how to run a online store, I had ordered a 12 volt cord for my DreamStation CPAP machine which there site said was in stock. So after 3 weeks they imformed me that they had no stock, (3 weeks of my time wasted). I was given a full refund, then I checked there site again and it said that the 12 volt leads were back in stock. So I ordered it again plus added 2 medium sleeptight chin straps to the order. I then got a phone call a day later telling me that the 12 volt cords are still not in stock and that I would be getting a refund, which did arrive. The 2 chin straps arrived a few days later but instead of sending me 2 medium chin straps they sent me 1 large one and 1 small one, useless to me. So I rang them up again about this issue and there logic is 1 large plus 1 small = 1 medium?????. I told them this was no good and that I was going to send them back for full refund. It has been more than 30 days since my return to them according to Australia Post tracking and still no refund. I wish I could leave less than a 1 star rating but this is not possible, Poor Service.

It is my absolute pleasure to write another review for Synergy Sleep City Rd Beenleigh, I had a problem with my CPAP and drove up to have my Sleep Analyst Janet who again has picked up a five star rating from me. The staff are always very curteous, professional and above all look after my needs in a time effective manner, Janet is always very caring and genuine. If you are waking up feeling drained of energy my advice is, call Synergy Sleep Beenleigh to organise an appointment. Your health is in your breathing and the oxygen you take in is relative to how you feel physically and mentally. Been a customer for almost 8 years, never experienced any issues. Staff are polite, friendly and informative.Since my sleep study and diagnosis my life has changed for the better, unbelievable difference.I would highly recommend Synergy Sleep. Sleep apnea is definitely more prevalent than known. If your tired and lethargic, get a study. If you need equipment, get it. I wouldn’t be without my Resmed CPAP machine now.I would rate 6 stars if I could!
