Staff were so helpful with a part for our 4x4, young guy came out and doubled checked the 4x4 to make sure it was the correct part and just great customer service.

No stock, no service and they don't give a rip. Go elsewhere, where they are actually helpful

Dont go here if you need car parts or tools or especially help to find them. Most offensive lack of service and ridiculously high prices.

Absolutely Unprofessional!! We are originally from Joondalup, and moved to the country. Geraldton is our closest Repco store, which is 1 hour and a half travel. We wanted front and rear brakes for our vehicle. First male that served us wasn't to bad, it was the second male, whom we were waiting for.. about 30 mins later, got a quote for over a $1000. He tried to sell us brake drums as well, which we didn't need. After glancing down at the wheels of our car, he said yep you need drums!!Such a waste of time. Ended up going to Super cheap, and the young girl knew more, sold us the front brakes and said the rear brakes have been hard to get into the store. We ended up ordering them online for under $100.Super Cheap in Geraldton is the way to go!However: If your in Joondalup Repco is better as they are more experienced. Seems like the young guys in Repco Geraldton are just winging it!

Walked in to this store,found the item I wished To purchase without help and went to the front desk to pay.After standing for two or three minutes I realised there seemed to be only one person serving ,she was at the spare parts area and so I made my way there.As I aproached she finished with the customer she had been dealing with looked at me and walked away.At this point I could see three other employees standing between the racks having a chat so I tossed my purchase onto the vacant till desk turned and walked out and went to the opposition up the road (NAPA)and bought the same item with full service at 2/3 of the price.Won't be back!!!!

Poor customer service, then got charged full price on a sale item. No apologies, it was just a hassle to them to correct the sale. Never seemed to be impressed by their quality of service. Only shop there as a last resort.

Got RAC discount. On checking my receipt I noted one of the items price was higher than what I had seen on the internet. Thankful I was still at the store and was able to check online before talking to staff about this error.I had not been given the fuel filter number I asked for. The friendly staff were quick to fix the problem.I left happy. However that would not have been the case if I'd gone home and then realised their error.Always check you are given the right parts by using the Repco online vehicle registration numbet for the vehicle you need the part/s for because you then find what you need as well as the price/s easily.
