Rebecca at Bellco Law was brilliant to deal with for the purchase of my first home with my partner. She got back to our questions quickly and so we understood exactly what was going on and helped guide us through the selection of the buyer searches we needed when we weren't sure. She took care of everything too which made the whole process as stress free as possible and fought for us when our finance was almost delayed last minute. Would definitely recommend Rebecca if you're buying a property.

It had been many years since I had to negotiate conveyancing on a home and Rebecca really demystified the process. She saved us money on unnecessary searches and negotiated repairs of faults prior to settlement. Becareful, very unresponsive to calls and emails. They say theyll be in contact about were your case is at and go on extended leave and your not aware and waiting for follow-up.Shaun Campbell had no interest in our case, fluffed around, telling us everything is essentially a waste of time and to walk away. Melanie Costi is the same is aparently in HR made contact with us regarding our concerns to follow up and never heard back. Happy to send invoices to be paid, however don't seem to do much else. After seeing another solicitor and barrister our case was worth it with a very large sum for compensation was followed up. Be very careful they aren't as amazing as they play out to be. Our original and amazing solicitor Tim retired and recommended Shaun Campbell, what a bad referral that was he caused more stress then was needed. If you go ahead with this company be very very careful. 1 star is not low enough.
