Montrose Therapy and Respite Services
Avoid at all costs. Your children deserve better and there are so many alternative providers that put clients first. The actual therapists are great although the turnover is high and you have to pay each time a new therapist needs to be brought up to speed. The administration behind the scenes only care about the money and nothing more than that. As a parent of a child with a disability we need all the support we can get and Montrose makes the experience highly stressful and difficult to manage.

Pretty bad overall, OT did not listen to what WE wanted at all regardless of us supplying a list.18 year old boy with drivers licence needing job ready skills was constantly subjected to making picklets from pre made ready bought containers or muffins. Last session cost $291 as OT needed to get cup cake ingredients before the session even started. I guess not taking him was a good way around the no shopping rule where we were also charged the same amount for therapy and travel" for a 40 minute shop for pizza ingredients at Coles. Have moved on to a fantastic new place."

discussing service they don't care about anything other then money 3 years of work $75000 later and found out nothing has been achieved and no notes . staff change over causing more stress constantly. avoid at all cost
