Absolutely appalling service. Extremely rude and inattentive. Have never had a worse experience with any company in my 35 years of renting. Beware.

How could they be so nice to me. This industry is always by reputation full of cold heartless people. I just Google'd JRE's reputation and it's an amazing 4.7 average over 100's of votes. That's very difficult for any industry. I work in online optimisation I know what I'm saying. Even better JRE Mundaring is a perfect 5 stars. That's exactly the same as I run my company. I've only ever had 5 star reviews. I think that's important for your soul and the moral of the country. They have only ever been kind to me. If you are a real person and you appreciate real people who care, are kind but look after everything the responsibility the role entails. Call them ask for Dee she is a star and the property owners and other staff. They are always kind.

Respectful, attentive and always quick to reply; rather than being made to feel like a thorn in their side we were always made to feel like we were being listened too and never had any issues whatsoever.
