Had an emergency toilet situation, they gave me free advice over the phone regardless of my accepting quote. They came promptly, did a great job and were very friendly. Will absolutely use again.

I called this guy to go onsite for a quote for block downpipe spouts. he came for about 30mins, did not fix anything and demanded that I pay over $1000.- he stained the wall, i asked him to clean it, he said must be pay then he do it. he charged too much over over charge, i did not recommende this company.

Had a blocked toilet drain which flooded one of my bathrooms and found that the plumber fixed the issue with the minimum of fuss. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable.

We had no hot water & was advised they could get us a plumber that afternoon (Friday). Plumber then Rescheduled appointment to Saturday morning at 0830 and never showed up; couldn’t be bothered to call us to let us know he wasn’t coming. Follow up calls & messages unanswered. Finally answered Saturday afternoon and told us we would need to find someone else if we still had no hot water. Not responsive, not respectful, not helpful, and not recommended.
