A very well organised Team at Maxim took on the whole job right from the start, Mediated for Us with our Insurance Co. convincing them we had a valid hail damage claim, did all the paperwork, kept me informed the whole way through the job, started and finished on time as per the schedule they had given me right at the start. They replaced all the old wooden battens with metal ones, so the new roof was securely bolted down. Evicted and removed all evidence of sparrows and unwanted lodgers. And cleaned up everything at the finish. There was no cost over run, and I was actually a bit taken back that the whole process went so smoothly. The workers were polite, friendly and very professional. As shown in the pictures, two of my closest neighbors have also had their roofs replaced, after I showed them how easy the process actually was. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If it wasn't for your original first contact, I wouldn't have even imagined I was eligible for a claim. Great job fellas.

I contacted Maxim Building services about making a claim on storm damage to my property and they haven't been anything but professional. I did not have the time to be chasing the insurance company about the damage, so they have handled everything from the get go for me. it has made the process a lot less stressful. I would definitely recommend using them if you ever need to have storm damage assessed and claims made.

Maxim Building Services did a fantastic job with Hail house repairs coordinating the insurance claim through to project Management of the Roof replacement, Garage door and other minor hail damage issues. They provided regular communications to me and other parties involved to keep us all informed on plans, timeframes and progress updates, and everything done electronically from afar.

Maxim Building Services replaced the roof on our investment property after a severe hailstorm. I had never used a whole of project management service like this and was a little apprehensive at first... I needn't have had any concerns. They managed the whole project from negotiating with my insurance company and organising access through with the tenant and rental manager... as well as the repairs....saving me so much time and energy. I had a contact person who kept me up to date with what was happening and I could call or email if I had any issues... communication was excellent. Most importantly, the work was excellent too... my roof looks amazing!

Can't speak higher of Maxim Building Services! In particular, Veronica, who dealt with my insurance claim. My property up in Brisbane was damaged by hail and Vernonica worked tooth and nail to get the insurance company to finally repair the damages. She constantly updated me and made me fully aware of the process at every stage, as well as being an absolute trooper while we waited for a response from Allianz. After a slight hiccup, she appealed it and got it over the line. So happy! I recommend using Maxim Building Services 100%!

Maxim Building Services have replaced our hail damaged roof twice. I thought I would have to do a lot of work to get the roof replaced however, they negotiated the repair / replacement and communicated everything along the way. I don't take phone calls so I was pleased when there were timely texts that I could respond to and payment was also easy. The end result, fantastic. Can't recommend this team highly enough

I wish to thank Maxim Building Services for their excellent representation of our hail damage claim, to a very reluctant Insurance company. I believe that without their efforts the claim would have been unsuccessful. Through their experience Maxim were able to refute insurance inspection reports that could only be described as untrue and hostile.Maxim provided a very professional, capable and friendly service with a very satisfactory result.Thankyou to Veronica and team, well done.

Maxim Building handled our hail damaged roof repair. They handled the negotiations with our insurer and led us through that process with aplomb. Prior to the actual repair we were visited by two project supervisors who were most helpful, they advised us of the start date for the repair and the date we could expect the scaffolding to be erected and both happened on the predicted days. The actual repair was done by some great guy's who went out of there way to be as quiet and as helpful to ourselves and neighbour's as possible and the repair only took two and a half days. Overall the experience with Maxim was positive, painless and in addition they saved us money, could not ask for more.

Excellent service from start to finish. They handled my claim, battled the insurance company for me who were very hesitant to pay forward for hail damage. Free inspection of roof and the service was great from there until finish. Check out my picture to show the excellent finish. They've added thousands of dollars of value to my property and i am stoked with the final product.
