I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa from BFT Automation Australia, and I must say that her customer service was top-notch. From the very beginning, Lisa was extremely helpful and responsive, always taking the time to listen to my needs and provide me with valuable information and advice. BFT went out of their way to fix an ongoing problem we had with our gates at home which had been caused by a bad install from a suppliers. The issue had been hard to identify and had been going on for a long time so the gates had gone outside the warranty period but BFT generously installed brand new gates for us to make sure the problem was fully rectified. Not many companies would go to the length and expense to keep a customer happy that they have done so full credit to them. Thanks BFT, Daniele and Tom for turning the problem around for us. :)

John is great as a person and does his job well. Dee is dreadful as a customer support worker. I had a gate installed by John whereby i had repeated problems with the gate. BFT charge rediculous amounts for any problems you may experience afterwards and let me tell you - i had MANY issues. I would highly recommend NOT to purchase with these people if you can do so. The quality of the product is not satisfactory in my books at all. Examples are - they use galvanised steel and not stainless steel. The unit that supports the solar gate is very touchy and can cost you a heap if they don't cover you under warranty. I had a crazy charge for a repair which was NOT my issue in the first place and Dee is aggressive with payment outstanding issues whereby things are NOT itemised correctly so you don't know what you are paying for. They are very disgusting on many levels with communication regarding payment and crazy charges. Again - this is NOT my reflection on John doing the installation etc , its the product that's not solid and other staff members you may deal with that cause uncertainty. My gate is now working after a costly experience - but honestly, i have a feeling it could break down at any time which gets you thinking - why did i choose these people?
