OTR Stawell

Toilet and shower are filthy clearly not cleaned often, septic overflowed through diesel bowsers days ago, still not cleaned up left to just dry out, hand sanitisers not working or empty, left feeling dirtier than when I went in, never again.

Absolutely terrible service, more worried about checking off inventory than serving and being polite to customers. Not one single smiling staff member.

This is my favourite servo on the A8! The staff are always lovely especially at the Hungry Jacks in spite of the fact that majority of the time I have been there I have seen them getting yelled at by crusty people demanding their nuggets be remade. Rebel whopper is consistently great. Toilets are always clean and I’ve never been disappointed. I love smacking the little green smiley face button to let everyone know they are doing a great job. As a weary traveller along a long long stretch of road the gleaming signage of Stawell OTR is a sight for sore eyes. I hope all of the staff there read this and know that they always make me happy with their service and delicious Rebel Whoppers.

Hungry Jack service was throughly disgusting .Waiting 45 minutes for our meal to come out after going to counter and asking where it was .People long before us were waiting 55 minutes and then asked for refund . 4 people got their money backWhen we entered hungry jacks there were 12 waiting orders in front .Sitting waiting for our order you could here the staff in the kitchen area disagreeing with each other , loud and vocal at times.No cleaning down tables in between customers, front counter left unattended at times .Sorry but l think l will travel to Ballarat for Hungry Jack next time even if it takes me 1 hour.I live in Ararat so l thought we would give it ago .If this was my business l would question the manager about all staffs performance after today .I myself work in the takeaway sector and of our customers waited any longer than 15 minutes then our bosses would question what was happening.Many unhappy people left here today .Some thing needs to change in a big way .You guys are losing customers .If you would like to contact me you are welcome .Thank you Sue Smithwick

Im an interstate driver I use this facility 6 nights a week. Your staff are very kind and courteous and helpful. The site wasn't planned out very well for bdoubles very tight through the fuel bowers to turn right to get to the limited truck parking bays available. No showers available for drivers and no fresh meals unless you want hungry jacks junk food.this site knows how to make a brilliant coffee 10/10 for that. Cleanliness is very reasonable except during holiday season which is quite understandable because of customers leaving bits of toilet paper on the floor. So I rate the design of the site 3/10. Food choices 5/10. The staff 9/10. I hope OTR takes this into consideration next time they decide to build a truck stop and that fresh meals at night are a key to the success of it.

Good, but for some reason they don't do pizza's like at other OTR stores.

I'm done getting the answer there are 'No hotdogs or Buns' clearly the demand is there if you are out of stock this often, please order a more appropriate amount of Hotdogs and buns... if I could secure myself a hotdog this review would have been 5 stars but 1/10 attempts end in me having a hotdog.

Waited at HJ counter for 5 mins, no service, tried the other food counter, despite staff seeing me , they continued their conversation and ignored me, walked out

Convenient toilets, great range of food and drinks. Fuel and parking easily accessible..

Waited 20 minutes to get Hungry Jacks meal.Got one meal but ordered two then got one drink but ordered two, then ordered no ice & got ice.There should be a discount card of some sort
