PACK & SEND Rowville

Very poor and rude customer service . Doesn’t even have the audacity to ask customer to sit or give proper information. I went to get some information to send courier to Italy, where that person didn’t provide proper information about measurements and all he said to me was No for everything very rudely and being very racist. Will not ever visit this Rowville branch.

The team at Rowville pack and send were amazing. Dean came out to our facility, hand packed our goods, arranged strapping, wrapping and delivery from state to state where others simply said what we wanted to achieve couldnt be done. Would highly recommend for any freight or parcel service needed and a trustworthy family operator! Thanks Dean and team!

I used to be a removalist and I've packed my fair share of large items so when I received my speakers, packed by Mike, Dean and the crew at PACK & SEND Rowville I knew straight away the team there are the real deal! I'm beyond impressed with their skills and can't recommend them highly enough. So if you're looking at sending anything big or small, cheap or very expensive, give them a call or drop them an email. Thanks again to you ALL.

Spoke to Dean, customer service is way below what is even acceptable for a small business. They need to learn to serve customers not push them away, we asked them to cancel an urgent order which DHL was willing to do without an issue, but they ignored it just so they could make the money and waited till the shipment had gone to singapore to tell us! We had another 4 boxes to send but definitely won’t be using them again, Prices were even above market rates!

I went to send things overseas for a relative who was unable to travel to Australia to collect his belongings due to Covid-19. Dean promised that he would call me when stuff were ready to go so I could go and pay but in reality he didn't.Second, my relative's name was got wrong somehow due to miscommunication which led to Dean made detail changes in the system and reprinted the labels on the luggage. Out of blue, he became furious at me for providing the wrong information which had caused him to re-do part of his job for only another 2-3 mins to fix eventually.My question to Dean are:1. Even if a customer has made a small error by providing the incorrect information to you, do you have to be this angry at me to resolve the issue?2. Is this the way you have treated other customers? If not, why you couldn't be patient at me and treated me differently? Fixing the issue in 3-5 mins altough wasted a bit of your time, but is not a big issue! That's what you were there for - customer service, mate.3. Is this how you treat people near you - becoming furious with people's unintentional slips? By the age of Dean, I guess Dean has must have children or even grandchildren already. If so, is this way you want yourself, children or grandchildren to be treated in the society? Treating others in the way you want to be treated.4. You mentioned you have worked in the industry for 7 years, then why you still didn't understand there are different formats of postal address in the world? The Australian format is NOT the ONLY ONE. Putting my relatiave's name together with the real eastate name and unwilling to fix the issue is so rude. Do you want to be called Deanpacksendrowville instead of Dean on a post?I will never be there again for sure.

Pack and Send, Rowville have given me exceptional service sending my artworks all over Australia. They keep track of the parcel's progress, report to me that they have arrived safely and have been punctual with deliveries that have a short time frame for arrival. Mike and Dean are friendly and a pleasure to work with.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Mike De Jong at the Pack&Send in Rowville. Whilst residing in Canada, I liaised with Mike to help me ship a large framed painting from Melbourne to Switzerland. He was very swift in our email conversations, then had my painting packed securely, neatly and safely, and shipped within the next day and arrived in Switzerland safely in less than a weeks time. He even researched the VAT requirements for me and there was no trouble from the swiss end. 5/5 stars! Keep up the great work!

I asked Mike to get some contact lenses to my son in Thailand in an impossible time frame. They didn’t quite make it before my son had to leave his hotel but only just missed him. Nevertheless I’ve had. great service and great communication and I knew the task was near impossible but took the risk anyway. Sometimes it pays off . I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Can’t speak more highly of the continuous communication and follow up of Mike at Pack and Send. First class. And important package arrived promptly with equally customer focussed driver. Brilliant.Can’t really comment on value as I didn’t check any others; and I won’t with this service.
