I had a massage yesterday and i wasn't satisfied their service. The person who did the massage with me was too heavy handed even I told her to slow down and I was in pain.

I'm really happy with my remedial massages with Lisa. Prices are good & I'm able to get a receipt for claim with my health fund. Definitely keep going there!

My usual massage place was closed as it was a Saturday, so I decided to give these guys a go.The lady I had was very nice and friendly but that’s as far as the positive feedback goes..About 10mins into my 1 hour massage, her colleague walked into the room (which had the lights on full and no music), and the 2 of them had a full on, loud conversation right over my head, with the door wide open (I was only in underpants), this went on and on and I was feeling more and more uncomfortable. They were reading an email I think and trying to figure something out, that’s what it sounded like.This went on for 10-15mins. I finally got up and said I’m leaving because I feel so uncomfortable, I said this was totally unprofessional and impossible to relax with a loud conversation going on over me and the door left open the whole time.The lady doing my massage apologised and continued.. however I wouldn’t really call it a massage, more a hard, fast, aggressive scrub!The hour was up, I thanked her and paid my money,WONT BE GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!

Went for a 1 hr massage here today, was recommended to my wife who works in a store in the imperial centre. I am not a massage expert as I don’t go often. The shopping centre massage places are usually quite an aggressive style, very firm and brisk. Meaning it hurts quite a bit during the massage but feels good later.This was absolutely NOT that experience, it was a very methodical massage which was firm but not painful, concentrating on key muscles. I had full body but not feet. Was a fantastic massage and felt great afterwards as well. We stopped for a short consultation with the other masseuse as I had pain in my back from a very very old injury.I will definitely be going back.

More of a rub down than an actual massage. Very disappointed as I really needed to get a few knots out of my back and left the same way I came in. She did not concentrate on the areas i needed and felt like she didn't know how to get into the muscles to release pressure. Waste of my time and money.

I have been going for years and I have found their massages are the best on the Coast. Very professional and clean. Sometimes hard to get hold of on the phone.
