Amazing service, pre booked with another company and they never showed up, made a desperate call to see if they could get my mum to the train station in time and they picked her up in less than 5 minutes. So grateful.

My Driver Damien was 2 mins early and waited patiently for me. He was polite and respectful the whole trip from Ballarat to Geelong.The taxi was immaculately clean and smelled clean. I could not have asked for a better trip in a taxi.

We have had 2 trips with Eureka Taxis this week, our first ever, but definitely not our last. Our driver's Peter and Brendan were fantastic, friendly, accommodating, clean cabs, quick and reliable service. On one of our trips they went out of their way to make sure they gave us frequent updates on their estimated arrival and ensure they were picking up the correct passengers at a large public event and got us home safely. Very professional, and much friendlier and helpful staff on the phones than we have experienced with other companies in the past. Thank you.

Booked a taxi to go to train station. Taxi was 10minutes late and I called and the dispatcher they said they only had one taxi on another job but that the taxi would definitely get me there before my train. Another 10 minutes and still no taxi and I get a message saying my taxi was going to arrive at my house 5 minutes before my train. I called back and said i would have to cancel and find other transport as they were going to be 30 minutes late by that point and they tried to charge me $10 to cancel. Why have a booking system if you can’t honour your bookings! Will catch Uber next time.

Booked on line but I was stressed about our pick up location being in the middle of the bush. Called Sam who was reassuring and I really appreciated their real time driver tracking. We had an extra $20 put on our fare that wasn't explained, but we were relieved to get to our destination and didn't question it
