I ordered and recieved my meal. I didn't realise it didn't come with a sauce. I had to do a separate order, waiting in a long line..... pay $1.20 for a small single size portion, you'd pay 50c for anywhere else. Needless to say.... I finished my meal (I'm not a fast eater.) before the sauce in its sealed plastic tub, (that could have been handed to me over the counter!!) arrived. I was not amused. The ONLY saving Grace was no contest, when I requested a refund on the sauce.I have often left good reviews for good service. It saddens me that I have to leave negative feedback. But this sort of policy must be reviewed and amended accordingly.

Have always had reasonable service and good food here. Recently ordered 2 schnitz & chips plus a burger and chips & Garvy on the side for $48.. and this was what I was given. I was very confused as they schnitz and chips usually come in a larger container but this time is was just the schnitz with no chips even though I paid extra for regular chips with both. I phoned the store and they were happy for me to return to pick up 2 regular chips but was just offered some sauce as a “sorry”.. I get mistakes happen but having to drive all the way back to the store for a now cold dinner was a bit rubbish, they could have thrown in some extra chips for the extra fuel I had to use but instead was offered free aioli or tomato sauce..

If I'm being picky...Food slightly varies each time but not by much, certainly not enough to make me stop eating there.Always friendly service, could be a little more personable but that's a comment on all fast food restaurants.The atmosphere, while it is aesthetically pleasing, the design makes the whole place loud, especially near the kitchen. Which, I commend Schnitz for having an open kitchen so we can see the process and essentially quality check them ourselves, it does create a massive noise issue.But otherwise a great place to eat, prefer it over a lot of places and can't really complain.

The salads and burgers here were delicious! Staff were friendly and there were plenty of seats both indoors and out. Reasonably priced and genuinely impressed with the salads!

Been here a couple times now, dined in, take away both had good service from the staff, quick and well cooked chicken! Can't go past the chip butty!!
