5AB HOMES - FABulously BUILT

After some initial discussions I requested for a quote from 5AB homes, sales person was sidhu. I havent heard back from him after requesting some changes and additions. Very unprofessional and non responsiveIn hind sight, I feel happy that I have dodged the bullet.One of my friend who went ahead with them, had his price increased by 30k after signing the contract. That too after just 3 months of signing the contract. Even then after 300 days of construction, they are still in lockup stage. They schedule and reschedule numerous times as if they gonna finish the job over night on the last day of contract construction days.

We believe that 5AB Homes offered the best value for the Construction of our new house . We highly recommend 5AB Homes .5Ab Homes performed very professionally with great communication and excellent onsite project management. They earned our confidence during the upgrades which we asked for during the construction is already commenced.The Staff was really helpful & always responsive. They were happy to Upgrade during our Construction period. They have done alot of upgrades. Our overall experience was really good. We will definitely going to build with them again & highly Recommended .

Got our handover today very happy with the service and our new home. Specially would mention beautiful finishing of our kitchen with a black glass splashback Thanks to Amrit, Dean and whole 5AB team for building our dream home.Highly recommended.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE - AVOID BUILDING WITH AT ALL COSTS!I'm not one to leave negative reviews but I feel others need to be warned about this company!As soon as we signed HIA contracts and paid all our deposits things started to go backwards.- Sales person mislead us about what could be changed at contract stage.- Horrible communication entire way through build.- Company broke their contract and lied about EOT (extension of time) as home suffered HEAVY delays .- House built NOT to Australian standard the brickwork of the property is very dodgy!- Had a private building inspector and 3rd party trades inspect after handover and they do not want to touch it it’s that bad.- No site clean was completed prior to handover even though we requested multiple times to have it done.All in all a very bad experience. I would rather pay a lot more money and use any other builder. Saving a few thousand to build with 5AB just was not worth the headaches.We will be battling this one for quiet some time.

I'm so glad I decided to go with 5AB Homes for my first home. They offered high quality house within my budget. I wanted a customized house for which other builders were charging a lot but 5AB Homes made all the the desired changes within my budget. Thank you 5AB Homes for building my beautiful house :)

One of my best decisions was to build with 5AB. In times where every other builder was failing 5AB delivered my house with everything what was committed.I’m impressed with the level of commitment they have to finish what they have started. I’ve built in a new estate and a lot of houses on my street were under construction when they started my build. I’ve moved and I can see those houses are still under construction.Hats off to you guys, completing the house in times where there are materials / trades shortages, sky rocketing prices and builders going bust. Wow!! What an amazing house built by 5AB.I built my first home with them and had no idea on what should I include and exclude. I took a leap of faith and asked them to add / upgrade anything they think is a good feature to have.I’ve moved and I’m loving everything especially things they added / upgraded for me.
