Cool Nail Salon

Nail polish applied is very thin. Was quoted $45 by a female staff member it ended up costing more. I was charged extra to have my nails a shorter length, which is bazaar. Won't be back. Do not recommend.

The staff are so very friendly and professional they are amazing thank you all for always giving me beautifully painted nails.

Tried to use the service but no one turned up despite me having an appointment. Won’t be going back based on reviews on line

They do a really awesome pedicure. Felt so relaxed and feet completely taken care of. And as u can see by my nails. My new favoutite colour: SNS Illusion green/grey (in matt). Goes with everything I wear and GORG for any glam girly girl of any age. He did a pretty good job of them for being so busy that day.

I have had my nails done here more than 5 times over the past 12 months. In the past 6 months the customer service and quality of service has become so bad, I'm now going to go somewhere else. I have experienced John (the owner) tell me he was falling asleep while doing my nails. I've had him clearly telling off a staff member for not giving me a manicure after he talked me into it, in Vietnamese while I was trying to pay and leave. My most recent experience I did also have a manicure and the lady left me with bleeding spots where she'd cut my skin too close. When I left to pay John hardly looked up from playing a game on his phone to let me pay. Then ignored me, didn't offer a receipt or say anything. I know it's a struggling business but people will not keep supporting you and put up with bad customer service.

John did my nails for my wedding. He was so thoughtful and caring and made sure that my nails were perfect and exactly what I wanted for my big day. I highly recommend.

I enjoy having my nail decorated in multiple colour and the manicure and chair massage is what help me relief my stress and worries of the day I had or the day I'm about to have and I hope others find this just as relaxing as I have... the only thing unsatisfying is that there is no time to say when it opens or closes which is a bit disappointing.
