Have purchased a property through these guys, one person calls you in the morning to check what time we had arranged pre purchase inspection, says nothing to say they won't be coming to pull up to find a complete stranger. Said would come around a few days after us moving in, have and seen no one from Sprake. House was left in a pig sty... If I left a rental property like the way previous owner left the house there is no way in this universe would I get my bond money. Same exit rules should apply to sellers as well. Can't enjoy or unpack our new house because we have to clean everything. If only I could attach photos!!!!
