Called up after my puppy swallowed a fishing hook. The person on the line offered no assistance or advice as to what my options were. When I stated the dog was a Pomeranian, I was laughed at. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful in a distressing time. Glad I went elsewhere as I would not trust this establishment.

I've been taking my puppies to these guys for thirty years. This year I've had issues with both of my pets, but even though the consultations have been more often than I'd bargained on, the professionalism has never been an issue, which is a theme that has been consistent since the beginning. Grafton Vets get five stars.
