Not a bad place for kids to start their martial arts journey, but I'm not a kid. And to be honest, I learnt more about how to spar and to protect myself in less than 2 years of training in Muay Thai than in the 7 years I trained in GKR.You may learn some cool moves, but you will not learn what to do when a punch actually lands on your face.The regional manager was also arrogant and from what I hear, his doorknocking salespeople were overworked and exploited for little pay, teased with false hopes of a blackbelt and 6 figure income.

Recently, with all the changes to the training plans, families are basically excluded from training here.We have been trying to cancel our membership since November, and we don't get responses to emails. We get no responses to phone calls. It's frustrating that they are more than happy to take your money and sign you up, but not cancel your membership when you can't even train here anymore due to the stupid schedule. They refuse to acknowledge emails, calls and any requests in person as they direct you to email or call. Which leads in a circle of frustration.
