These grubs take every tenant to court to claim money. They use old photos in outgoing report to claim money. George is a cunning peices of work. I would not waste time or effort with this real estate agent. They are liars and make you feel like you have done wrong. We moved to QLD for work and we had nothing but trouble with these two thieves. I do not recommend at all!!! so stressful and when they don't get their way they threaten you with being black listed for life.

We asked George and Leeanne to help us sell our property after two other agents didn't bring any clients through. They had showings immediately. I was very impressed with Leeanne's attention to legal detail. They had two offers quickly.

Living in a tent on top of an anthill is a way better option than renting a property through this lot. Lost the bond due to lies and deception from the owner of this shoddy outfit but hey, a small price to pay for never having to deal with them again. Avoid at all cost.

Buyers, sellers, investors and landlords would be wise to choose Westgarth Realty as their agent. George, Leeanne and their family and staff will support you with integrity.

They only want your money and don’t care about communicating with there renters

Could not believe how bad and unprofessional this real estate was. After cancelling an appointment 2 hours before it with no reason I then re scheduled for them to not even show up! I then went into the shop and told them they cost me money and the owner responded with good" I said I would never rent through them which they then demanded i leave there store"

George Westgarth and his team would have to be the worst real estate I have ever had any dealings with.These people are liars, un-trustworthy and I would not recommend anyone rent a house through them unless you want to be held over a barrel at the end of your tenancy. Dont make the same mistake as we did, Stay away from these people!

Fortunately, and finally our Landlord agreements have ended with Westgarths Realty.I admit I found the purchase of a property through them relatively positive experience apart from the fact that the Receptionist said she’d given me a response from the Vendor when indeed she hadn’t. It nearly led to them not getting a sale.Based on their own verbal recommendation with Property Management my son and I entrusted them with a total of 4 Investment Properties over the period of less than 12 months. Six months in we started to feel that communication in the office was not thorough. Information to our tenants or from them to us or maintenance notice to Realty were not being passed on. Eventually after what could be deemed acceptable human error occasions to occur, it got to the point that we would cringe when an email came through wondering what we’d discover. We were not permitted full Landlord access to the Portal however we had to advise them of tenants being in arrears by weeks several times and even not picking up the rent increase that wasn’t being paid for a few months for one of the properties.Changing agents became necessary to try and find some peace of mind for the management and admin fee’s being charged by Westgarths. This is when Westgarths true colours and evidence of their poor property management started to become obvious. There is too much to note everything that was handled poorly, but here however is a quick overview of some shortcomings, health hazard maintenance requests were not being passed on, condescension to new agency and twisting information to try and make problems my fault. They were totally unreasonable and completely reluctant to cooperate with handover date, time, documents, and keys leaving tenants with no forwarding information until after the weekend when the new agency could get the documents and start processing the information. Inspections were quickly done in the last few days, inconvenienced tenants and not following correct protocol for entry.Over-all the ‘tug-of-war’ was exhausting and accusations flabbergasting. We are so relieved to be rid of their lies, false pretentions, gas-lighting and wasted time, where I’ve had too much time spent to them to keep track of stuff, looking at the detail and bringing it to their attention.I offered to provide them with information, for them to know what brought about our dissatisfaction but they did not pursue it.Integrity is not their strength!
