South West Costume Hire and Sales

I went into the store yesterday to look for a costume. I was immediately ignored. I tried to ask someone for help and was shrugged off. Then I watched a older lady be rude and blunt to another customer. I walked out Immediately. Will not be returning and will be informing everyone I know not to go there.

I don't usually enjoy costume dress ups but this was fun. Good prices for things i probably wont use again, and i was able to try different things on. Can't do that online! Accessories were included. Thank you.

Excellent customer service. I didn't realise they were closed. The owners husband was there and kindly offered to let me get a costume. Found what I needed and left feeling very happy. This is why I try and support small business in Bunbury.

The shop was very busy when we arrived, but the Owner/Assistant - (Sue) took the time to greet us and said she would be with us asap. We were happy to wait as it gave us a chance to browse through the great range of costumes on offer and there was also loads of accessories to choose from.Thanks Sue for making it a fun time picking out our rigs". Fun place. We had a ball trying on different outfits and got what we wanted thanks to Christie.Christie did a great job in assisting us and made it a fun experience.

I was so very impressed by the very enthusiastic and helpful sales lady Kristie. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so friendly and lovely to deal with.She helped me with the perfect costume for a Gatsby themed party. Also finding a costume for my daughter who was unable to get into the store.There couldn't possibly be anyone more suited to managing this business. Kristie is so passionate about finding you the perfect costume as well as making sure it is something that you are comfortable wearing.Just when I thought customer service was something of the past. It was so refreshing to be treated as a valued customer. You are a blessing to this business Kristie. Thankyou again.

Absolutely atrocious customer service from this busines at every point of interaction.The staff member was not helpful at all in assisting to find what I was looking for. I witnessed her being short with her responses and plain rude to other customers also in the store.Hours on Google were incorrect and I was made to feel like I was in the wrong as a result of this when she felt the need to leave a blunt or bordering on rude voicemail message telling me she was in fact open, dispite Google hours saying otherwise. She told me to return the item by Thursday, which was always the agreement.I went in store today to return the items as per our agreement and she had the audacity to charge a late fee because I couldn't make it the day she called. Her tone did not change when my card declined and she began to play on my embarrassment.Will NEVER be coming back to this business and I will be sure to share this experience with EVERYONE

Massive range of costumes at good prices. The lady there is so lovely and more than happy to help find what you're looking for! The new store looks great too and plenty of parking out the front.
