We have been attending speech therapy at North Shore Speech Therapy Chatswood once a week for several years. Everyone is friendly and professional. Reception staff greets our child by name and chats to him every time we come in. Our speech pathologist knows our child very well and changes the games to suit his preference, whilst still targeting the goals we set out. Very flexible approach and committed to my family's needs. Clean environment with excellent resources on hand.

We have been attending weekly speech therapy for our daughter at North Shore Speech Therapy for a year now, and have been very impressed. Jean understands our daughter, and has been critical in developing her vocabulary, comprehension and understanding of language. She adjusts her teaching to her needs, clearly explains tasks, includes short breaks, keeps it fun and also keeps her on task. She has also been very pro-active in communicating back to us and liaising with the school with periodic reports, setting goals, learning strategies and areas of focus for the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for support for their child.

Alisha did therapy with our 4/5 year old earlier in the year and I was lucky to sit in on the lessons when we went into lockdown. She had a lovely manner with our son and made the lessons fun. I highly recommend!

My son came to North Shore Speech Therapy with a significant language delay. He's made amazing progress in the last six months and I think it is due to our therapist Jasmine's caring and committed attitude. She is patient and understanding with my son who can be a handful. She always takes the time to figure out what exercises work best for our lives. She maintained contact with my son's preschool teachers and helped me trouble-shoot a variety of different issues, even potty training. The front-office staff are all friendly and accommodating, especially Leslie. Overall, I am deeply indebted to Jasmine and NSST's fantastic service.

I attended a seminar presented by Lauren about how to support students with language and communication needs. She had fantastic activities that teachers can use to support students who may display difficulties communicating with and understanding others. Very informative and excellent practical knowledge. I would recommend North Shore Speech Therapy for parents and educators interested in learning more about language and communication needs.

I have to say, I am very impressed with the knowledge, structure and guideance provided in KAY BUI'S Speech Pathology sessions. We have been with Kay only for a very short time (2 months) and noticed such a big difference already. If you need help with learning to read, Kay is truly the best!
