Addely disgusted with this company! I bought my carpet on 24 February 2022 and when I got home I noticed the carpet was unsuitable for my tiles, it would slide as soon as you stood on it, causing it be a hazard. I called up and requested a refund and I was rudely told no refunds even after explaining the situation of the carpet. I was told there are plenty of carpets that aren’t suitable for tiles and that it’s normal and they didn’t have to make me aware of this before purchasing. I asked to speak to the owner and was told the owner doesn’t like to hear bad news, only good news! How ridiculous is that! I’ve never experienced such bad business before.

Big thanks to Sam at the Kawana store. He is very knowledgable about the vast stock on offer and helped us choose three great rugs to suit our new home. The quality of the carpets is wonderful and they make a beautiful addition to our home.We took 3 attempts to find the right rugs that were the right size , colours and thickness for the area we wanted them and were very pleased with the service we received.We will definitely shop here again.
