Love bringing my dog here for grooming and teeth cleaning.Always get good advice at the end of each session and our dog loves the grooming.Can see that the receptionist and staff really love pets, they always greet our dog and play with him when we visit.Always reassuring to know people who look after your dog are pet lovers themselves.

Definitely worst shop in the whole Australia. Whoever owns the shop should be shameful of yourself. No staff training no respect for customers. They are so rude to people so I can imagine the way they treat customers’beloved pets. If you are not able to show the way being a civilized person, go back to China!

i dislike writing bad reviews on small businesses, in this instance i felt the $95.00 service fee charged and the quality of the grooming by no means reflective of value for the service provided. i was dissatisfied after being a customer for several years in this instance i requested a discount be applied and it was ignored. the previous grooming was also poor quality but however i thought anyone can fail once and i gave pets carnival box hill a second chance. but now i regret that also. my Cavoodle is like my child and i advise if you care about your pets avoid pets carnival box hill as they are overpriced and provide bad service. Lovely shop & sweet staff , I’ve never seen such a lot unique products in Australia. And my dog has fantastic grooming experience with their professional groomer, and been treated gently . Definitely will come again.

“Minimum $25 to use the Commonwealth Eftpos” they don’t even allow a surcharge they make you buy more product which is illegal. Over priced and run down. They won’t last long

Took my dog there numerous time, never had problem. My dog is usually quite stressed around stranger. The thing I like is that you can actually see your dog from the glass door when they doing their job. Although I never stayed and watch just because normally that would make him more anxious. Staff were friendly, groomer was all right, although I think they've changed groomer few months back. Pricing was good since I got 10% discount as a member. Overall, not too bad from my experience.
