I recently had my eyebrows threaded (last Monday) and it was honestly such a bad experience that I've decided to write a review.First of all, the customer service is non-existent. Almost zero interaction. No greeting. Just a half smile and raised eyebrows when I enter the shop. I say what I want to have done and she just points at a chair, Sit here." And so it continues with only the bare minimum of interaction.Honestly

Great work, super quick and affordable. I get eyebrow threading and tinting done here and always walk out feeling so confident. The technicians are nice and inviting, go say hi and get pretty!

Poor service. Doesn’t use the powder. I expressed that the threading had hurt, but the lady serving me did not ease pressure or proceed to apply powder. It was only after when I had requested it that she had used it and after she had cut my skin on my upper eyelid, which at the time I had asked if I was bleeding and she said no. I looked in the mirror and saw that she had indeed cut my skin and when I pointed it out and told her that I had a wedding to go to later that day, she had told me to just hide it with makeup. I told her that I didn’t want that as I did not want to occlude the wound with makeup as it could cause an infection. She then told me to just apply aloe Vera to the wound and continued to dab the wound with aloe Vera with her fingers. I also want to point out that they don’t use any hand hygiene between customers.

Such a clean and organized environment. The workers there are extremely friendly! I always go there for eyebrows and upper lip threading. They always do such a perfect job! I had recently gotten a body wax done, and the woman doing it did a phenomenal job. Very kind, careful, clean, you name it. Highly recommend this place, you can’t go wrong with any of their services

The beauty hub is my one and only place to get my eye brows done and any other facial needs, they are very friendly and have great customer service. They have the best prices anywhere in town, eyebrow threading for $8 dollars you can’t beat that price. If you need anything done come to beauty hub!

Nitu did an excellent job! I have the most sensitive skin and she was extremely patient with me and was understanding whenever I needed to take a break while she’s threading. She was very gentle and did such a clean job.

The women at Beauty Hub are so talented. I’ve tried numerous people for eyebrows; they’ve been my favorite thus far. They’re SO clean!!!!! I showed one of the ladies what I wanted to have achieved with my eyebrows and she assured me with time it’ll happen, and she was right! They’re efficient and clean and professional!

I have been here several times and each time I walk out extremely pleased with the service. They are professional, and do an amazing job. I Have been getting my brows threaded for years and I have been to a lot of places in the area. I knew after my first visit here that I would never go anywhere else again! They are hands down the BEST around. You will not be disappointed.
