I bought a PS2 game and forgot to check disc quality until I returned home, it was terribly scratched and wouldn't run. I came back to the store a week later and I was able to swap the game for another of equal value.Awesome shop and staff, I'll definitely be coming back if I'm ever in the area.

This is my 5ft time to the shop always on different days (Mondays, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday) but the shop was always closed with no information to why its closed even though according to Google its supposed to be open. I am not sure who is running this store but it would be wise to post something on google or Facebook to let people know what's going on.

Bought a controller here and only a few buttons worked making it a practically useless purchase. It appears that the stock they sell isn't tested before selling so I wouldn't purchase from here if you live far from the store.

Absolute joke of a business. I went to Fremantle on a Saturday purely to go to this shop. Bought a parking ticket and walked all the way to store to find it closed and this was at 10.30am (AS PER ALL OTHER REVIEWS). Total waste of time and money. So unprofessional. You guys seriously need to just close down and stop messing around. PATHETIC

Pretty unprofessional, not really welcoming atmosphere. More interested in bickering with friends/family than actually wanting to make a sale. Definitely not a welcoming vibe.

Every time I go to check the store out it is closed, even though on google says it is open. I rung the number on instagram and the owner has no clue if its open or not

Went there at 12 then 1 then 2 on Sunday to find that they DO NOT open on Sundays! Update your website! I had to take a bus and train and wasted my day. Not happy at all

Super cool place and I love the vibe here, but be aware that for these very aged games you can expect to pay a premium. Still love it and recommend everyone come check the place out, unfortunately they're getting priced out easily by the digital market.

No opening hours and the sign says open with a guy inside and wouldn’t let me in. Business must be booming to push customers away.
