Have been using RDO for years even under former names and always found them helpful, and given good guidance, everything from oil and parts for the tractor to tractor implements and many Stihl appliances, not the cheapest in Hunter but definitely reliable convenient and have very wide selections of parts, goods and services

Got what I was after, however, I ordered a new part for my ride on and was quoted approx $53.00, got text saying the part was in ( because it had to ordered ) went to pick it up and was told $153.00. When I asked the staff why it was a different amount, they simply said I must have misquoted you

Useless, can’t get simple orders right for products they sell and never keep anything in stock. Which baffles me when they are a main supplier for the area. Do yourself a favour, go anywhere but here. Have been sold a tractor with a cabin but can’t use the air conditioning as it overheats when engaging the PTO. Has been this way since brand new.Have bought other machinery only for the wrong machine to turn up and told it would be another 2/3months wait on a machine that were told we would have in 2 weeks originally.Buy a Kubota you’ll be happier in the long run and they have parts on standby whenever you need.One star to many
