Dishlickers grooming

Tracey and her team are so gentle with Dusty. I have tried a few groomers and Dusty the Havanese always looks his best and is happy after a visit at Dishlickers. Highly recommended.

Always a great groom for our dogs!! Been coming here for years.

I called in the morning enquiring about grooming for my two mini dachshunds who have never been groomed. Tracey was extremely helpful over the phone and was able to fit them in on the same day. Tracey was very friendly and I felt completely comfortable leaving my dogs with her. When I picked them up they made a bit of a raucous but Tracey laughed it off and assured me that they were well behaved and sweet. My dogs seemed to be very happy so I will definitely be returning and recommending Dishlickers to friends and family.

While I have tried to ignore Tracy's lack of grooming skills and left wishing her the best for her business, it has come to my attention that Tracy has spent her time spreading falsehoods about both myself and Rachel which need to be corrected as they direct influence our reputations. Firstly neither of us ever stole from her business, infact I left at least 2 pairs of my personal scissors there and a scissor case which were never returned to me. Secondly it has come to my attention that she accuses us both of being cruel to dogs, I worked at the salon with Rachel for over 4 years and in all that time the dogs welfare was at the top of our minds and we groomed with the comfort of the animals at the fore. To see her young bather comment that the dogs were all traumatised by previous groomers" online is both unproffesional and unwarranted as I'm sure the many happy clients would attest. I left the business after Tracy took over due to her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to learn proper grooming techniques and breed clips. We are very happy with Dishlickers and are happy to recommend them.Our dog has been to Dishlickers now for over 2 years and quite comfortable walking into the shop for his grooming.We’ve had no problems with the staff, who were always friendly.

I'm so happy with Tracey and her team. They really care about the dogs, my Macey is always eager to go into the shop and comes out looking exactly how I expect. They listen to my requests whatever they might be - e.g. Summer or Winter cut, just scissor cutting on the inside of his ears instead of shaving etc and to go gently around his sensitive areas. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Poor customer service, staff do not have basic grooming skills.Very disappointing experience. We were never happy with grooming only reason we came was convience of location.
