BIG4 Moruya Heads Easts Dolphin Beach Holiday Park

Great quiet location, just opposite the beach. The caravan park is very neat and well laid out, I was only camping in a tent but thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay. The amenities block is getting a little dated but everything is clean and working. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

We just left this park. It was so relaxing and the owner and staff are excellent people. Best holiday we’ve ever had! The bird life there is amazing. The landscaping and surrounds are beautiful and immaculate. Cannot praise this park enough.

Nice big grassed sites (rooftop tent with annex), really quiet and tucked away. Lovely location being right by the beach, even a kangaroo visitor or two through the site at night.The facilities need to be modernised, though they were clean just very dated.Pet friendly which was perfect for us with a dog.

Great experience all round. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and professional. Check-in was effortless. Our site was clean and well kept. No overcrowding. Facilities were well kept. BBQ area was constantly serviced and kept clean. Pool set up was fantastic.Over all a nice park but lacked in some areas.

The Good, the Bad, and the UglyI've booked this place because I have always been staying happily at Big4 parks over the years.The good :Great location, friendly staff, and some good fun for families.The Bad:The park has two parts, the left-hand side is pet allowed and the right is not allowed. Generally, I feel the pet-free zone is greater maintained than the other one.The Ugly:Unfortunately, I found my booking on the left-hand side, where people with their dogs were. Not to mention it was the most expensive unpowered side I have ever booked (280 for three nightsI have never seen a big4 park at this standard, with only one kitchen for almost a hundred campers and so did the washing room. Overall facilities are very old and barely maintained. In the kitchen, nothing was provided except the cooktop, fridge, and washing liquid. I tried to borrow it from the office but had no luck finding any.There were people around us constantly smoking and you can smell the marijuana in the air. Not to mention that people are peeing about 20m away from where we sleep because the toilet is too far away. I feel so sorry for my young children who have to experience this.Conclusion :To be called a Big4 brand, this park needs to seriously think about the quality of service.

We stayed in a cabin for four nights (for the price of three) in early May and had beautiful weather start to finish. The cabin was clean and well maintained, and very comfortable. It is 5 mins walk to the surf beach, which sported huge schools of uncooperative salmon. The camp kitchen is well appointed, and the pool and kids facilities were excellent. We look forward to staying there again.

The holiday park was pleasant. The beach nearby was quiet and relaxing. The location is a fair way from the main town centre. Amenities were clean and well maintained.

Lovely serene location with beach access just across the street from the entrance.TV reception wasn't 100% and free WiFi was limited. But, sitting on the verandah with a cuppa, we really enjoyed some kookaburras visiting, sitting on the balustrade. Just Lovely bush setting and watching the birds made it all worthwhile.
