She looked after me so well, gave me some hair tips, did my hair so thoroughly and we had great conversation (this is coming from someone who finds chatting while getting hair done super awkward). Malkonyan never disappoint, booked for a balayage and treatment and showed an image if what i wanted, Ara delivered!!! they work very well with dark pigment hair as wellfriendly service as always, and by far my favourite fitout of all three salons bt Malkonyan

I’ll never see another hairdresser other than Aimee, because she just gets it 100% right every time, and won’t send you home until you feel completely happy. Have been going to Malkonyan (Waterloo, now Erko) for over 3 years and always walk out with a huge smile before racking up the compliments for weeks after. Big thank you as always, Aimee!

I’m so low maintenance with my hair but Aimee is great. I get my hair done once (or twice if I remember!) a year but she factors that into the colour and cut for a natural fade and look as my hair grows. She keeps photos on file so there’s a record of what we’ve done previously. Really friendly, extremely experienced and lovely colour result every time.
