Discovered Vlad the groomer when our regular place was closed during lockdown (dog needed a haircut on compassionate grounds, gets very knotty); now 5 months later we’re driving 25 min across town to keep coming back. Ronnie always comes home calm and without a ridiculous fluffy bouffant

Wonderful vets who go above and beyond to care for our furry friends. From a pregnant rabbit to an injured bird, they have been incredible. Our dog is with their healthy pets plus program which I highly recommend as value for money and a good way to prevent problems before the become nasty!

Tonight our family were denied the opportunity for an end of life appointment for our 16 year old Jack Russell who had been a regular clinic client at Willy Greencross for the best part of a decade.I will definitely be cancelling my healthy pets plus plan for my remaining dog, and chosing veterinary services for him elsewhere.This place has gone to the 'dogs' since Dr Ross Payne left.

Dr Chris and the team took such beautiful care of my cat during an unexpected visit to the vet. I’m so grateful for their help, and so glad my little man is back to himself. Highly recommend!

All the staff are amazing, friendly and very caring.Maria and Chris take time outside of consults to further research complicated cases and are very honest in their opinions which is appreciated.Only downside is communication takes way too long outside of consults and the prices for procedures is quite steep compared to other clinics but I’m happy with the service so my pets will be staying there

From the moment we arrived we were made feel welcome and the care that the staff and vet gave to my Chihuahua Toby was great. The vet was really helpful and put my mind at ease and I can’t thank them enough.

I have been taking my little four-legged baby girl to green cross Williamstown for 14 years. I find their service , expertise and knowledge to be the best I have experienced. My dog has many medical issues that are life-threatening and they have given her a quality of life that I am very grateful for.

If your pet has no problems, then they're probably a great vet for you. If your pet has illnesses and needs any kind of care other than basic annual vaccinations, then good luck getting good care here. If you want to wait 3 days to get insulin, even though your cat needs it to survive and it's literally sitting in the fridge where they could just hand it to you, if you want to wait 2 weeks for a medicine they have to order in to come (and don't forget to call them twice to remind them to even place the order, because they forgot again), if you want to feel like just another number at a big box brand then this is the vet for you. If you want your pet to have any kind of special care or to be able to get important meds when they need it, then I recommend not wasting your time here.
