I was recently at the Chemist getting my booster shot. As a walk in I new I would have to wait my turn. The store was full, everyone taking there turn waiting patiently, except for one lady who appeared to be giving the staff a bit of a hard time. The STAFF there were doing an incredible job with all this added pressure put on them. So in a nutshell, Ladies, keep up the awesome work. You are appreciated for your efforts :-)

I had kept my appointment for the following week to see what would happen, and if they had fixed the system regarding vaccine bookings. From my understanding they were not taking any more online bookings, but mine was made 3 weeks prior.On the day of the Saturday booking I was called by the weekend pharmacist who informed me Moderna was not available, which she apologised and reported that she was only given a list that morning to inform patients of the unavailability, but could have the Pfizer instead and gave me great and reassuring explanation regarding that is safe alternative with similar efficacy.So I kept my appointment. When I was there it was quite busy and could see the pharmacist was under the pump, but she did an excellent job getting my service done even though the system in place by the pharmacy was still having some hick ups.Below is still the original issue for referencemy partner had a booking for a Vaccination, when she turned up they told her “sorry they expired a few days ago” Not bothering to inform us earlier or offer any further assistanceWe have a newborn child so getting an appoint time was really important to us.Once you don’t have the stock don’t take appointments, and also check your appointments so that you can inform us that is the case.

The staff are always very friendly and so helpful with the details of my purchase.

Rude and abrupt service from a pharmacy assistant when I attended the store to enquire about a script I had waiting to be filled. I have since retrieved that script and taken it elsewhere. I will no longer patronise this chemist shop after many years, and take my custom where it is appreciated.

Always freindly staff. Great deals on beauty products. They always remember you.
